UB city wants EU to cooperate in green development

April 11, Mayor of UB, E.Bat-uul received the Concurrent Non-Resident Ambassador of the EU to Mongolia Mr.Hans Dietmar Schweisgut and had discussions on cooperation.

Many projects and programs have been implemented in Ulaanbaatar with a support from the European Investment Bank (EIB) in some spheres, the Mayor of Ulaanbaatar Bat-Uul said and expressed a willingness to cooperate with the European Union (EU) in a green development and in boosting of the public-private partnership (PPP).

In response, Mr Schweisgut said their side will continue the cooperation with Ulaanbaatar in several sectors and will give some assistance. He also hoped that the collaboration between the UB city and EU will broaden.
